How much does a remodel cost?
It depends on the size of the space and what you pick out, which is why we measure first and write it down instead of guessing on the phone. The estimate shows what each part costs.
What is an allowance?
It is the money set aside for things you choose yourself — tile, cabinets, fixtures. We write that budget into the estimate so you know what you have to spend before you go shopping.
How long does it take?
A bathroom is usually a few weeks and an addition is usually a few months. You get a schedule with the estimate, and we tell you as soon as anything moves.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Certificates are available on request.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. The consultation and the written estimate are free.
